The Visionary ART Workshop supports dedicated art students who show potential and commitment in the Visual Arts from low income families.
Special grants ranges from 30% - 70% off published fees.
You may contact us directly to apply for special rates support if you are:
- A private individual student who requires art fees support.
- A registered charity organisation representing art students.
- Singaporean. (Exceptions may be considered upon interview.)
Pre-requisites for applicants:
1. Interview with portfolio of applicant's recent original artwork if any.
2. Supporting letter of recommendation for subsidised fees by school principal, form teacher, art teacher, current employer, spiritual leader, social worker, doctor or psychiatrist.
3. Past year's bank statements from all bank accounts in Singapore.
4. Supporting letter of recommendation for subsidised fees by bank manager to state eligibility.
A review will be made and applicants will be notified by email.
The decision is final and no further negotiations will be entertained.

Creating a great art portfolio is one that expresses who you are as a person as you explore this wondrous world each and every moment.
You will learn special techniques on how to create one effortlessly as well as to get into the college of your choice.
The only requirement is your dedication and involvement in completing the exercises set out for you.This is suitable for you if you say yes to any of the following:
- I would like guidance on creating a portfolio from scratch.
- I would like improve upon an existing art portfolio submission.
- I would like to save time and have focused and personal attention time to work solely on my portfolio.

*Prepare your art portfolio to SOTA (School of the Arts) in Singapore or any other art schools abroad.
